Screen printing is affordable, great for large designs, great for intricate or designs with shading and is perfect for waterproof and delicate materials.
Below is our basic print costs and set up fees. So you can see at a glance roughly what we charge. However, you may find it easier if you leave the sums to us by simply requesting a specific quote by filling out our GET A QUOTE FORM. Here you can tell us all of your requirements, provide us with the codes of the specific products and quantities and we will give you a quick and simple quote.
All clothing on this website is priced as plain garments, please remember to consider embroidery costs and the below printing costs if necessary.

ARTWORK/DESIGN - Ranges from £7.00 - £30.00
Once you email your design to info@uniformleisurewear.co.uk or via the get a quote form , our design experts will transform your logo into a piece of artwork which is then printed onto film/vellum. If you don’t have a logo, tell us your ideas and we will create one for you! If your logo design is Text, the charge is lower than an intricate design. If you can provide your own artwork in an ‘ai’ format, there is no artwork charge.
SCREENS/SET UP - £15.00 per screen (regardless of size)
Setup - having your design put onto a screen, ready for printing. The charge is 'one off' as the screen is stored for future use (one year if unused). Therefore, if you wanted to place another order in the future with the same design there would be no Artwork or setup charge. One screen is required for each different design, and different screens are required for each colour printed, and each different location of printing. For example, a one colour front and back print requires TWO screens if the design on the front is different to the design on the back, so therefore an extra charge per screen will apply. A three colour logo will need three screens etc
EXTRAS
Sampling – Samples are charged at prices listed. Artwork and screens are charged as above. Payment for samples are non refundable.
Colour change - £5 per colour change on same logo, if run is less than 20 pieces per change. Otherwise free of charge.
Special inks - Add 10-50p per colour for expandex, luminous, glitter, metallic, flourescent inks. Confirmation on sight of artwork
Supplied garments - We do not charge a handling fee but we will charge for shipping completed garments
Folding/Packaging – 10-15p per garment.
