We have full in House Production from Design Origination to finished Embroidery, giving us total control of quality and delivery schedules. We digitise your artwork using the latest micro stitch software with over 25000 fonts available. We use the latest multi head embroidery machines and can produce thousands of garments within a short turnaround time.

We have over 600 stock designs which can be personalised with your company name if you do not have your own design.

Embroidery Setup (Digitising or Origination)

There is no setup fee for ‘Stock Designs’ and ‘Lettering Embroidery’ if we already have the font. There is a setup charge for Logos on orders fewer than 200 garments; the charge covers the cost of having the design digitised and a jacquard created. This is a one off charge as once we have setup your design we will store it so you will not be charged for setup fees for any repeat orders. The setup charge is £5 per 1000 stitches (ex VAT). An average company logo is between 5000-8000 stitches.

Logo colours

We can embroider up to 9 colours in your logo’s. We use Madeira threads and can provide a diverse array of colours. We will try to match the colours in your logo to the nearest shade. If you wish us to use an exact pantone shade or Madeira thread colour code we can do this but at extra cost. All garment prices are available from our catalogue. Alternatively you can send us your garments (minimum of 20 garments).
